1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Indway platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Distributor") and Indway.

Important: By joining, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, including the compensation plan, commission structure, and auto-repurchase mechanism.

2. Eligibility

To become a member of Indway, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a citizen or resident of India with a valid PAN card and bank account.
  • Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information during registration.
  • Complete KYC verification as per RBI and Government of India guidelines.
  • Not be a competitor, employee (unless authorized), or otherwise prohibited from participating.

Compensation Flow

  • 20% of upline income is distributed equally among all direct downlines.
  • Each direct downline gives 5% of their income back to upline.
  • Monthly ₹350 auto-deduction to wallet.
  • Auto-repurchase triggers on the 1st of each month.
  • Auto-upgrade across 12 packages upon achieving consistent income levels.

4. Packages & Auto-Upgrade

The Platform offers 12 strategic packages designed to accelerate network growth:

Auto-Upgrade Mechanism: When a member achieves a consistent income level, the system automatically upgrades them to the next package tier without manual intervention.

5. Payments & Deductions

Auto-Deduction

₹350 is automatically deducted from each member's income at month-end and deposited into their wallet for the upcoming repurchase cycle.

Auto-Repurchase

On the 1st of every month, the system automatically processes repurchases using wallet funds to maintain active participation.

Statutory Compliance

All payments are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and applicable service fees as per Indian tax laws. TDS certificates will be issued annually.

6. User Obligations

  • Maintain accurate and updated profile information at all times.
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes as defined in these Terms.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India.
  • Not create multiple accounts or misrepresent identity.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other members.
  • Not manipulate or attempt to game the compensation system.

7. Termination & Suspension

Indway reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Misrepresentation of identity or information.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Engaging in activities that harm the Platform or its members.

Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited, and access to the Platform will be revoked.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable mediation.

If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

Indway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
